Escrow Assistant

Location - Remote (PST Hours)
Max Pay - 28.67 W2

Job Description:

Provides escrow services for residential, resale, new construction, refinance. Responsible for facilitating real estate transactions by providing a high level of customer service and proactive communication to both internal and external customers throughout the closing process.

Skills/Experience:

• Provides support to escrow officer(s) in a national closing setting by performing administrative duties and providing customer support related to escrow closings
• Follows standard procedures and guidelines
• Understands how assigned duties relate to others within the team and how the team integrates with related teams
• Impacts own team through the quality of the support provided
• Recognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established options
• Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations, typically within own team
• Works under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach
• Individual contributor having no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management

Required Skills:

1-2 years of experience

Education:

High School Diploma
